Who can vote by Absentee Ballot in NH?
From the Secretary of State of NH, as provided to me by the Milton NH Town Clerk:
NH law requires that you vote in person at the polling place for your town unless you declare one of the following absences:
_You plan to be absent on the day of election where you live.
_You cannot appear in public on Election Day because of observance of a religious commitment.
_You are unable to vote in person due to a disability.
_You cannot appear at any time during polling hours because of an employment obligation. “
